Make sure you stay in the a double room with a bath. Perfect location in general, very friendly staff with a "manager ". The restaurant is good for dinner and reasonably priced...

The room is generous-sized and newly renovated with modern decor. Coffee and tea making equipment, and a fridge are a nice touch. Its location is stunning, near Too many areas, the zoo and a conservatory which was pleasant. Also, the hotel is located 2 miles away from Church of st Martha.
Their breakfast is rather basic, can be way much better.

We enjoyed pretty restaurant.
The hotel was overall clean, everything was really good. The staff were attentive without being intrusive. The location was unbeatable - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Found in the peaceful area, the property offered great prices.

We had a very extensive breakfast. Dinner is also highly recommended. . We were extremely positively surprised by this good English food. The beds were very comfortable and. the room very spacious. We'd come back here anytime. Good accommodation if you want to go to the Harry Potter Studios afterwards.

Beautiful old castle-like building, very different state of renovations, swimming pool sufficient, fitness room very good, sauna hot and in the morning very early on, but some appliances out of order, restaurant large and food very good
some areas old and used, some rooms cold, whirlpool, steam bath out of order, lockers didn't work, bar seats too few, on the hallway partly musty, very different state of renovations

The Classic Double Room was really comfortable and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The decor felt classy and had that charming manor vibe. The bed was super cozy, and I loved waking up to a view of the gardens.

Basically a beautiful manor house in the old English style, but it is getting on in years. The rooms were very new and modern furnished, but not the outside facilities and the corridors etc.. - The terrace and the small swimming pool also needed to be renovated! Great location in the countryside, good breakfast.
Relatively unfriendly - or let's just say - at least short-staffed staff, reception/reception, in the breakfast area and also in the bar. Cleanliness outside the room could be improved.
